Welcome to the Law Offices of David
Allen. Our offices are located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, a
small town situated in the southern middle portion of
Tennessee. Our areas of practice include automobile
accidents, divorces, adoptions, family law, wills, estate,
workers' compensation, and personal injury.
We provide those and other legal services in
Lawrence, Giles, Wayne and Maury Counties.
The firm was established in 1985.
It consists of one attorney and two legal
assistants/secretaries
Practice areas:
- Personal Injury- Our firm represents
individuals who have been injured in automobile
accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and other
forms of negligence.

Wills and Estates- Our firm drafts Wills
and Trusts, probates estates. We draft Living Wills,
Health Care Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives For
Health Care and Business Powers of Attorney.
- Family Law- Our firm handles a full
range of Family Law matters including adoption, divorce,
pre-nuptial agreements, paternity, custody, and support.
- Workers' Compensation- Our firm
represent employees who are injured on the job in claims
for lost wages, medical treatment, temporary total
disability benefits and permanent disability benefits.
